“I can’t trust anyone in this industry.”  That  statement was made to us by the owner of this RV.  Final Touch CFO Joel Forte met Kazuo Hirata at the Pomona RV Trade Show. Mr. Hirata was discouraged by the service he had previously received from RV shops. He complained about broken promises and said there’s little to no accountability in the industry.  When he described the damage he needed repaired, we told him we could do the job in 7 days or less.  He  didn’t believe it.  But he decided to put us to the test, and we’re glad he did.  We showed him that we keep our promises.  Mr. Hirata was pleased not only by our promptness, but also by the quality of  our workmanship.  He’s happy to have finally found an RV business he can rely on.
